Every shop page carries the same four pieces of information, and three of them are more reliable than
the description. Knowing which is which saves most of the disappointment in this niche.
The preview is the only honest part
A description is written to sell. A preview is cut from the actual file, so it shows the real framing,
the real light and the real audio. If a clip has no preview at all, you are buying a description — that
is sometimes fine, but know that you are doing it.
Runtime beats adjectives
“Long” and “intense” mean nothing across producers. Four minutes is one moment;
twenty minutes has a structure. If you have been disappointed by clips that ended too early, filter on
runtime before you filter on anything else.
The same performer twice tells you more than two performers once
Buying two clips from one producer holds the production style constant — framing, pacing, whether he
talks — so the only thing that changes is the act. That is the fastest way to work out what you actually
like, and it is why this directory is ordered by producer rather than by tag.
Check when it went up
An old clip is not a worse clip, but a producer whose newest file is three years old will not answer a
question about it. If you plan to ask for anything, look at the date first.
